It’s Coach Sabina and in this video I’m sharing a quick way to cook a cup of fluffy quinoa.
Quinoa is a gluten free whole grain (actually a seed) high in protein, iron and fiber. Great to add to your diet because it’s also a complex carbohydrate which means it contains long chain sugars within its fiber. These long chain sugars release into the bloodstream slowly providing us with long lasting energy. Quinoa is loaded with good stuff. Have some! Thanks for viewing.
