How to make Fried Rice Recipe Cooking

How to make fried rice as good as your favorite Chinese restaurant

Approx 2 cups Long grain rice I find basmati works best and rice should be either cooked the day before or dried out in the fridge for 1/2 hour on a tray
Bacon or diced ham 1/2 cup
Frozen peas (1/2 cup)
Oil sesame, peanut or olive oil – 1 tablespoon
6 prawns or shrimp
Fish sauce
Soy sauce
2 eggs lightly beaten with a fork
2 es-shallots, shallots or 1/2 onion diced
Chilli to taste (optional)
